How it works

Step 1 — Upload

Select a text-based invoice PDF. We read its text layer in memory; the original file is not stored.

Step 2 — Review & edit

Vendor, invoice number, dates, line items and totals appear in an editable table with confidence and validation badges.

Step 3 — Export

Choose Standard, QuickBooks Bill or Xero Bill columns and download .xlsx or .csv. Export requires a free account.

Frequently asked questions

Does it work on scanned invoices?

Not yet. If a PDF has no text layer we tell you clearly instead of guessing. OCR support is coming soon.

Can I edit the result before exporting?

Yes. Every field and line item is editable in the review table, and your edits are what gets exported.

Is my invoice stored?

The original PDF is processed in memory and not stored. Extracted results are kept for 7 days so you can re-download, then deleted.
