What we collect

Account email, a salted password hash, usage counts, subscription status from Paddle, and extracted invoice results for jobs you run.

Your files

Uploaded PDFs are processed in memory and are not stored. Extracted results are kept for 7 days (see each job's expiry in your dashboard), then deleted. Results are accessible only to your account.

Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. We do not receive or store your full card details.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with processors needed to run the service (hosting and Paddle) and when legally required.

Your choices

Contact us to request account or data deletion. Deleting your account removes your jobs and account record.
